Deferred Funds
Many
individuals have chosen to support the Foundation and other causes
that are important to them by including the DCF as part of their
estate or financial plans. These individuals offer support in a
variety of ways: by creating a fund to carry out their charitable
goals after death; by establishing a charitable gift annuity that
provides life income to the donor and a future gift to the DCF; or
by making the Foundation aware that it will be the beneficiary of a
bequest.
We
appreciate the thoughtfulness of the donors who have entrusted the
Foundation to carry out their charitable wishes forever. We are
recognizing their commitment to the community with membership in the
Legacy Society of the Delaware Community Foundation.
