Unrestricted Funds
These funds provide the Foundation with
the flexibility to address the community's needs - today and in the
future - as they change over time. They provide funding for the
DCF's annual capital and program grants.
Unrestricted funds are listed in the
DCF annual report among the funds that support community grants and
other competitive grants.
