Delaware Arts Stabilization Fund
The Arts Consortium of Delaware (ArtCo) was created
by business, civic, government and foundation leaders to promote and enhance the long-term
stability of the operations and facilities of eight arts organizations.
They built a $21.5 million endowment and placed it at the Delaware
Community Foundation as the Delaware Arts Stabilization Fund.
Annual distributions are made to the ArtCo member organizations, as
well as to the
Delaware Division of the
Arts, which provides funding to other arts organizations. Many
ArtCo organizations have also established their own endowments at
the Foundation.
