Since inception in 1986, the Delaware
Community Foundation has distributed more than $128 million, now averaging about $13 million each year in charitable
grants across the First State. These grants support innovative
programs that address our state's most pressing needs and promising
opportunities.

Kent County Potter Trust Grants Postponed
Due to circumstances beyond the control of the Delaware Community Foundation and the CenDel Foundation, the Potter Trust grant cycle has been put on hold. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. The new grant application should be available in the coming months.

Programs relating to health, wellness and life skills that lead to future economic self-sufficiency for girls and women in Delaware.
The 2013 cycle is now closed.

Programs supporting Science, Technology, Education and Mathematics (STEM) in New Castle County.

2013-14 applications will be available in October 2013.
Collaborative grants
Must serve statewide.
Initiatives in which multiple nonprofit agencies work together to maximize their collective capabilities and provide powerful services to Delawareans statewide. Every three years, the DCF solicits applications and selects one or more initiatives to fund for the subsequent three years.
Current cycle began in the Fall 2011 and funding for those programs will end Fall 2014.
Applications for the next three-year cycle will be available Spring 2014.
