Grants available for orgs providing Kent & Sussex child mental health services

The Next Generation – Southern Delaware (Next Gen South) is seeking nonprofit agencies providing child mental health services in Kent and Sussex Counties to apply for its 2015 grants.

Applications are available here and are due July 1. Grants will be awarded to organizations and programs supporting child mental health services addressing issues such as, but not limited to, abuse, suicide prevention, bullying and teen dating violence.

About The Next Generation – Southern Delaware

Next Gen South is a philanthropic organization of young professionals living and working in Southern Delaware. The organization is a giving circle of the Delaware Community Foundation, but has its own structure, fundraising projects and grantmaking process. Established in 2012, Next Gen South supports organizations addressing underlying social challenges faced by the most vulnerable Delawareans. Next Gen South will identify a focus area every two years and is currently directing grants to support child mental health services and programs.
