About Making Grants from Your Fund at the DCF
To make a grant recommendation from your donor advised fund, log in to DonorCentral®or use this form.
Checks are typically issued on the first and 15th of each month. In December, checks are issued more frequently.
If a grant recommendation is submitted before Dec. 20, funds will be issued to the nonprofit by Dec. 31. If a grant recommendation is submitted after Dec. 20, we will do everything we can to deliver funds by the end of the year.
Please remember, fundholders do not realize a tax benefit when grants are issued from existing charitable funds, so issuance after Dec. 31, 2020 will not affect 2020 taxes.
